In today’s world, we sit more than ever, often up to 11 hours a day. This "sedentary lifestyle" has become a major risk to our well-being. Our bodies were built to move, and physical activity isn't a luxury; it's a biological necessity.
I started walking more regularly after realizing how much a sedentary lifestyle was affecting me. It completely changed how I feel, think, and move through life.
